Supporting your physical and mental bodies through deep healing to ensure a solid structure is in place so the benefits of psychedelic assisted therapy can be as efficient as possible. 60-90 minute session You will receive your own personalized herbal formula (usually a tincture and/or tea formula(s)), a detailed write-up of your recommendations (usually food as medicine, nutrition coaching, lifestyle changes, mindfulness practices, etc.) via email support after the initial interview appointment. *Cost of herbs is not included. The price of herbs ranges from $30-100 for one month of herbs. You can order from your local apothecary or Lindsey will set up your formula in an online pharmacy to be shipped to you. Lindsey will ensure you know how to make your own herbal preparation.*
