Intro Path: 6 weeks of wellness coaching + 1 herbal formula

Includes:

• Session 1: 90-120 minutes
  • Review client intake form and health history
  • Gain clarity on what problems or issues you’d like coaching with or presenting symptoms you’d like support with
  • Mind-body technique guidance
  • Post meeting, receive an instructional email for dietary and lifestyle recommendations and follow-up on personalized herbal formula(s)
  • 1 30-minute check in. Designed to work together for 6 weeks creating your wellness plan together striving towards balance, and checking in.
    
• Session 2: 60-minutes
  • Discuss your action plan
  • Review and refine your goals
  • Modify plan as objectives are met
  • Receive coaching and guidance on wellness techniques and be led through exercises, visualizations, etc.
• Session 3: 30-minutes
  • Check in on your wellness plan and action steps
  • Receive guidance on any new issues that may arise as your transformation occurs
• Ongoing email check-ins throughout the 6-week period
• 1 herbal formula
  • Please note that multiple herbal formulas may be suggested.
• In-person option includes personalized forest bathing sessions as part of the Intro Path
