Meet Lindsey Walker

My wellness educational journey began in 2013 when I was working on a farm in Northern California and was absolutely humbled by the power mother earth has. After being surrounded by this deep wisdom day-after-day for a few harvest seasons, I knew my calling was larger than myself and started embodying the reason I am on this earth, and that is to help others. I completed a 500-hour herbalism certificate program at Denver Integrative Massage School which highlighted all the different paths of being an herbalist and built a very strong foundation. Following this was a 220-hour advanced herbalist course at the Vital Ways Institute in Portland, Oregon. My third and fourth years of herb school were spent at Vital Ways Institute where I began to practice as a clinical holistic herbalist seeing clients from the local community.

Since July, 2021, I have been in a mentor relationship with Michele Collins Vergara, RH (AHG), MPH, MMQ. Michele and I meet monthly for ongoing education and support, especially in the areas of Traditional Chinese Medicine and medical qigong. Continuous education is important in order to raise my impact on teaching others how to heal themselves. I am also a certified Integrative Wellness & Life Coach through the Integrative Wellness Academy. I additionally am Reiki certified and 200-CYT. In 2022 I became a certified Yasei Shinrin Yoku (Wild Forest Forest Bathing) Practitioner through the Wildcraft Forest School in Lumby, BC.

I am a member of the American Botanical Council, American Herbalists Guild, and the Native Plant Society of Washington. I am a board member of the Entheo Society of Washington.

I am currently enrolled in the second cohort of VITAL – A psychedelic therapy and integration certificate program with Psychedelics Today.
