Join Lindsey as she takes a deep dive into steps towards nurturing our sleep patterns by discussing herbs and other helpful holistic practices for restoring our rest. Sleep and restorative rest are not the same. Come with a comfy mindset and take home integrative, practical points. A tea blend consisting of calming and relaxing properties will be served.

Class will be held in the yoga hall at Bow Sanctuary in a classroom lecture environment – chairs and yoga props provided for your comfort.
