Forest bathing in Bow, WA from 2-3:30 pm.
90 minutes of forest bathing in Bow, WA. $30.
Meeting at Bow Sanctuary. Forest bathing will take place on site.
For this forest bathing experience, we will be joined by labyrinth creator, Kristen The Red, to create a custom altar space from items we gathered during the walk!
Add-On:
Enjoy time soaking in the barrel sauna at Bow Sanctuary immediately following the guided walk. The sauna is reserved for walk participants only from 3:30 – 4:30 pm.
